Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll be a critical part of all phases of PicassoMD’s product development process from gathering user feedback to defining engineering requirements to launching new features and analyzing usage data. Specifically you’ll be:

  • Soliciting user feedback to understand product needs and distilling it into a prioritized list of features
  • Triaging and researching bug reports and escalating as needed
  • Writing user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborating with engineering and design throughout the product development process to commercialize products with highest levels of quality and engagement
  • Managing and executing pre-production release testing
  • Supporting implementation of go-to-market plans, including product release updates, maintaining user knowledge bases
  • Serving as the first level of technical support for our provider liaison team
  • Analyzing product performance and measure impact of product enhancements and initiatives
  • Contributing to product strategy and road map prioritization


We’re seeking the perfect combination of talent, experience, and cultural fit. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-4 years of product management across mobile and web software products including experience with user research and writing functional specifications
  • Proficiency with product management software tech stack including issue tracking, design, user analytics, and reporting tools
  • Strong quantitative skills including the ability to analyze and manipulate data
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely describe complex ideas

While not required, we prefer candidates that:

  • Have experience working in or an affinity to the healthcare industry
  • Are based in or near Washington, DC (though we are open to remote work anywhere in the U.S.)
