Responsibilities

In this part time Guest Services role, you will support our online and in store shoppers of Disney Merchandise and leverage vast online resources & training to resolve customer inquiries, all while
contributing to a high energy environment that provides Guests with an entertaining, fun and dynamic experience. This is your opportunity to make an impact by finding solutions that best meet our Guests needs each time they connect with the shopDisney Contact Center.

Pay rate is $12 per hour and you must have the ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, holidays, weekends and call-in shifts.

  • This is a part time, hourly position, working from home with an average of 28 hours per week though this may increase during busy times of the year. Currently positions available in the following states: Nevada. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
A Day in the Life

Leverage your impeccable Guest service skills to assist inbound quarries via calls, chat, social media and/or email
Contact Guests via outbound calls as instructed by supervisory staff
Identify and resolve issues that impact our Guests’ experiences
Channel escalated issues to appropriate supervisors/managers
Bring stories to life with scripted and non-scripted Guest-engagement statements
Connects with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess Guest needs and make appropriate recommendations and resolutions
Consistently treat all Guests and Cast Members with respect and contributes to a positive work environment
Take a proactive role in maintaining Disney brand standards in Guest Service
Assist Supervisors, Trainers and Managers with Guest Services projects as assigned
Uphold all company policies as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual and Code of Business Conduct

Guest Service experience preferred and ability to demonstrate strong Guest-focused engagement over the phone and via email
The ability to listen, defuse/stay calm to quickly research and resolve inquiries
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer skills, including multi-tasking
Wired access to the internet and a quiet dedicated space to work from
Ability to be flexible with your work schedule
Demonstrated success working as a member of a team
Ability to receive feedback and take action as appropriate
Access to a reliable, high-speed Internet connection required
Proven ability to work in a structured environment
Previous experience in contact center or retail or service industry
Previous experience in online shopping and retail
Bilingual: English/French, English/German, English/Italian, and English/Spanish (Spain). English/Spanish (Latin America)
High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent
