The Oracle Cloud ERP HR Systems Analyst is a technology specialist who provides guidance and hands on support to the business customers, including those in Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain. The Systems Analyst will partner with business analysts and other stakeholders to configure and support the Oracle Fusion ERP system across the health system. The role will act as the primary IT liaison to one of the stakeholder functional areas, including Human Resources, Finance and Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in human resource systems and will have extensive functional knowledge, experience with system configuration, solution, design, build, test and updates of the Oracle Fusion system (5+ years preferred).
Requirements : Minimum Requirements: 3+ years as an ERP systems analyst or equivalent experience, analyzing and troubleshooting systems in an integrated, complex environment (5+ years preferred).
Bachelor's Degree or Eight (8) years of additional equivalent Work
Microsoft Project, Visio and Microsoft Office required.
