Role details

The controller will be involved with overseeing the company’s financial and KPI reporting, adherence to US GAAP, implementation and maintenance of controls and oversight of monthly GL account reconciliations.

  • Direct and oversee general accounting activities in compliance with GAAP
  • Ensure a timely and accurate financial close, including the preparation of KPI reports for management
  • Calculate monthly cost allocations by customer and product and margin analysis
  • Develop and manage financial controls designed to mitigate risk and safeguard assets
  • Oversee the coordination of the annual external audit and tax filings
  • Analyze financial performance data, highlighting trends against KPI benchmarks to measure overall performance of the company by customer, product, and business unit
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of department processes and workflows
  • Provide ongoing strategic and operational support


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
  • A CPA or CMA designation is required
  • 8+ years of progressive experience, including at least two years of experience in a supervisory role


  • Expert knowledge and understanding of financial statement preparation, analysis and reporting
  • Experience with cost accounting strongly preferred
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to quickly digest new information and provide insights to management
