We are looking for motivated individuals that wish to grow with us to fill our department, Customer Support position.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email correspondence, and specific marketplace messaging services. Ticketing system as required.
- Troubleshoot and investigate possible - Share product knowledge and assist with product. selection as well as an overall understanding selling in e-commerce on various marketplaces.
- Guaranteeing each customer receives excellent service and an enjoyable customer experience ensuring the customer feels satisfied and valued.
- Engage in productive time management to fulfill essential job functions.
- Problem solve and find solutions to customer situations by implementing responsible decision-making skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- An effective listener with strong empathy for customers.
- Analytical, investigative, and curious.
- Outstanding attention to detail with very strong work ethic (REQUIRED).
- Ability to multi-task and ability to work with others.
- Bilingual in Chinese is a plus but not required.
- Sponsor H1B.
