Web Developer Data Analytics Specialist

Reporting to Director of Marketing Operations, the Web Developer & Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for managing Cofense’ website infrastructure and content, WordPress and reporting as well as creating pages using HTML/CSS/JS that can interact with other applications used by the company

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Management of Cofense website
  • Management of WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Search Console, Supermetrics, Hotjar and other web applications
  • Management of web translation tools
  • Management and reporting of consent management platform
  • Management and optimization of all web integrations
  • Responsible for helping drive website speed down and performance up
  • Responsible for driving strategy around increasing web conversions
  • Use GA metrics to help Cofense team with understanding web traffic, web issues and areas for growth
  • Troubleshooting issues related to web infrastructure and integrations
  • Assistance in driving SEO/PPC strategy and execution
  • Leveraging A/B testing across website and lead gen programs to drive conversion optimization
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure front-end marketing website serves marketing, sales, and customer needs
  • Daily QA of web functions, reporting and integrations
  • Daily QA of developed HTML/CSS/JS
  • Optimization of website content for performance
  • Collaboration with other team members and stakeholders on various projects
  • Assistance with the design of HTML emails
  • Assistance with the creation of landing pages
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Including deprecated web markup
  • Proficient understanding of WordPress
  • Knowledge of PHP
  • Experience driving web marketing strategy
  • Understanding of HTML Email tables
  • Knowledge of email supported CSS
  • Proficient understanding of scripting and JavaScript frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot
  • Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop is a must.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • Experience with Adobe Publishing Tools
  • Experience with WordPress
